Bangladesh have just beaten Pakistan for the fourth successive game.  That's an amazing run, and in my rankings, they've never had a higher score are just one good win away from gaining places:

The official rankings have also just excluded Ireland and Afghanistan, for playing insufficient tests, and at the same time all other scores have been updated. Ireland do have a test forthcoming, however, as they will play New Zealand next weak, prior to their visitors going on to tour England.
